Pretty good! I'd honestly put the Ultra, Sting R, and Lightbee over the Storm Bee and Arctic Leopard. Yea they are more powerful but they seem to be more "niche" and there's a reason they aren't seen out on the trails all that much. That being it's not as nimble and there isn't a large aftermarket selection to customize your bike which I think people prefer.
I'd swap second and third place the artic leopard is actually lighter than the stark varg has bigger battery so better run time and has switchable battery so can compete in enduro and cross country events which the stark can't it also has 18 inch rear, side stand and enduro suspension set up which from next year will be kyb.. I'm not putting it above stark for motocross but as an off road bike it's a better option and as you know 37 is more than quick enough. so it takes second for sure as it's better in every way than the Dragon to my mind
Finally we are started seeing Arctic Leopard in the lists now. AL is for mature riders cuz it's too powerful than any surron or surron-wanna-be ebikes...AL is more like e-moto and you just highlighted exe880 but there have many models in arctic leopard. Going to get mine soon. Good review tho goodluck! By the way you left the most important info regarding exe880....that beast won Dakar rally Mission1000 category! Exe880 is currently #1 enduro e-moto and Stark is #1 MX e-moto in the world! 😎
Good summary of currently available bikes in the market. I'd just mention these are advertised range and not real range. We'd also be curious knowing your own personal preference (if you have any) among 3 bikes you've been ridiing long enough: lightbee, talaria sting, and lastly ultrabee. Maybe topic idea for another video. EDIT: I just noticed you mentionned range caution in your description ;)
@@electricisbetter Looking forward to getting one too ! Currently on the same Sting you had previously, with WP AER 85 fork conversion, may reinstall it on the Ultra later as I really like it :)
I recommend the E-Ride pro SS or the S, I have the SS 2.0 and it’s better than the surron with a swappable 72V 40amp battery and 12KW motor, now if you want to go all out then the surron would be better since it’s been out longer and there are so many upgrades you can choose from, but out of the box the pro is better
my talaria 3X just got stolen .... I will be looking to get a new bike for this summer and my big thing is range ! i bet a bunch of other options are going to be on the market before this summer.
@@electricisbetter If this is the price, then it would be a flop. Priced it over both Sur ron Ultra and Storm. So, now its a product that compete with Storm (higher end model). Storm is known to be a flop. If I recall correctly, there are 3 things Talaria Dragon lesser than Storm, not completed specs better to warrant a higher price.
Segqay X160 is not a surron , Different Motor and 48v battery and its shorter from rear shock . Segway X260 is better the a Surron since you can connect the blutetooth . But other then that its the same bike though.
I’ve been looking into that new arctic leopards specs only 3 more ah in the battery than the surron storm bee but claims to get almost 60 more miles Ik it does weigh a bit less but idk if I completely trust all the claims are 100% true they must’ve don’t the range test in very very low speeds in eco if they were even able to ever get that range at all
@@electricisbetter yes but you mention a bunch of bikes that aren’t even available yet including a power tool over one of the most iconic and capable electric dirt bikes there ever was. And if we’re going to be honest we kind of know that the EGO is going to be crap.
The manufacturers test them at the slowest speeds, which is the only way to get max distances. You're right. If you ride top speed, you're definitely not getting that. My scooter is rated 45 mph 50 mile range. I'm getting almost half of that. And they rate them on flat ground. And you know, hills matter.

I'd be interested to know how well a hub motor handles off road bashing around. My 3 year old sunron ltb still going strong.
Not as well as a Sur-ron motor

I am with you in this comment Artic Leopard EXE880 should be second or number#1 ENDURO EMOTO!
I have the exe880 loving it 🔥

Definitely prefer the Ultra. This could become a video!

What about the Strix e-bike, more pover than the varg with hard enduro form factor?

I have the Stark Varg and the ego. I would definitely recommend both of them to anybody.
I own an e moto shop in Costa Rica we represent Nicot Ebeast and artic leopard and this are 2 great options for enduro !

Where do you get your info on the expected retail price of Talaria Dragon is $8,800?
I can't disclose my sources! 🤫

Hello do you have any suggestions for my son he’s 14 and need like a electric dirt bike 85 cm
Sur-ron X or the Talaria R MX would be a great first E-Bike for him
@@electricisbetter ok would you know how much that would be?

Should the talaria x3 be on this list?
Could be, just used the mx4 because it's the newest version

What about the dust? They look sick?
This was made before the Dust was invalid with specs, if remade, it would have been in here
The only bike im excited for is kove emx 😬

Battery on exe880 is 75AH
Why do u need reverse ?
To reverse
Light bee x 2022 open throttle in eco will get you just under 30km. In sport much less.
What about the Ktm exc freeride
It was, but I took it off the list last minute Only wanted 10 bikes for the list. Free ride is still a BA bike.

The top speed of the varg is 105mph not 71
Where are the Yamaha, Honda, and Kawasaki?
Talaria dragon is the second best e bike according to this list, a bike that isnt sold.....smh
Guarantee these bikes dont have the range mentioned in the video,I have two electric bikes, range will be two thirds of actual spec.
