Your a g bro. I'm 34 and I haven't done breakdancing since highschool and of course back then no TH-cam tutorials. so my first question would be what's good workout routine to get back into shape. Before going back at it. I can still do multiple mills, so not all is lost! Lol btw respect man you seen to put your heart into breaking and your videos.
Kinda depends what your body is currently like. Did you get fat or skinny after high school?
@@nathanreed6143 same weight and everything just very very out of shape. Last time I did some windmills I pulled my groin and bruised up my face lol. I know stretching before is huge. But I'm looking for something to condition myself to avoid injuries. I've already been doing calisthenics again, but after that not sure where to go gettin here. Ty in advance
