- A lot of firsts on this Hi-power. This is our first beaver tail on a Hi-Power, our version 1. We matched it up with our first re-sculpted factory flat trigger. The graphite black and cobalt create set it off nicely. We are a custom gunsmithing shop operating out of Las Vegas Nevada. Do you guys build a frame/replace the factory one to get the beavertail extended? Or is it a separate piece added to stock?
We weld our beaver tails on just like everyone else.

No, the geometry would be off without the trigger job.
What thumb safety is that? I’ve got banana hands and the factory version on mine is tiny.
Its a cylinder and slide.

We didn't get this far not being confident in ourselves and skill set. We perform at the top of our game every day and don't apologize for that to anyone. Glad you like our work though...
P.S. You don't know us on a personal level. To judge such a fundamental character trait as humility off of a pistol review video is pretty lame on your part.
How do you add material for the beaver tail?
Our beaver tail is welded and shaped.
MK3 Firearms I’ve been wanting to add a beaver tail to my hi power do you think if I purchased a 1911 beaver tail and used it to cut from I could add one that way or would it have to be fabricated from scratch
@@iamthelizardking6239 Ours are made from bar stock. I'm not sue about the 1911 beaver tail working.
