One of the best things about the Internet is that it affords guys like Shaun and Wildman the ability to basically have their own talk show and we get to see it without any executives deciding if it should be given a green light. Shaun, Wildman... thank you for making these!

Hey Shaun and Wildman, thanks for this nice juicy video. I'm determined to get a question featured, so I'll just keep going with a few more random ones.
    1. Have you got any chance of survival if you get a chomo jacket put on you?
    2. Out of all the drugs you saw in prison, did you ever see any (of your own) Es?
    3. If your cellmate snitches you out in the way you describe at the end of the video; will they immediately move him to another prison? And do the same 'snitches get stitches' rules apply to these guys?
    4. Does anyone smuggle porn into prison, and is it the most valuable commodity?
    5. What's the deal with conjugal rights, is that just certain prisons and/or certain states?
    6. I love the video about Tony taking over your pod, so that made me wonder if there some prisons where the Ayrian Brotherhood don't run things?
    7. Wildman; seeing as you were the head of the whites, could you have set rules down that said you didn't mind the races mixing, as long as the other heads agreed?
    8. Because of segregation, are all/most of the beefs kept within races, or does everyone just beef with everyone?
    9. OH, and I watched some thing about how a prisoner helped a female guard who was getting beat down. What's the score there, will he get smashed for breaking the prisoner/screw rules, or is there some rule about not attacking female guards?
Phew! Any or all of those would be great :-)

Q: James "Whitey" Bulger was "mysteriously murdered" in prison yesterday. How do you think he was murdered and by who, @Shaun

    • @TheRev0
      @TheRev0 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      From NYT:
James (Whitey) Bulger had amassed enemy after enemy over a lifetime of murder, extortion, double-crossing and - in a breach of the cardinal rule of his ilk - snitching on rival mobsters.
When Mr. Bulger was sent off to federal prison about five years ago after more than a decade on the run, his enemies remained, their memories of him long.
That left some of those who followed his exploits back in South Boston unsurprised on Tuesday when Mr. Bulger, 89, turned up dead in his jail cell, apparently beaten by fellow inmates, according to four Federal Bureau of Prisons employees.
“Anyone in criminal activity with him feels grossly betrayed that he was informing on them while he was supposedly their comrade and friend,” Michael Kendall, a former federal prosecutor from Boston who also once represented the family of one of Mr. Bulger’s murder victims, said of the trail of foes Mr. Bulger had left behind. “And anyone committed to law enforcement wouldn’t consider him a legitimate informant, because he just manipulated law enforcement to carry out criminal activity - including murders.”
No official details were given on the circumstances of Mr. Bulger’s death. But some of the federal prison employees, all of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity because the information was not yet public, said Mr. Bulger did not die of old age. Rather, they said, he was beaten to death by at least two fellow inmates at the West Virginia federal prison, where he had been transferred to the day before.
Inside a maximum security cell at the U.S. Penitentiary, Hazelton in Bruceton Mills, W. Va., Mr. Bulger was likely attacked early in the morning - sometime between 6 a.m., when cell doors were unlocked so inmates could go to breakfast, and 8 a.m., when the staff made rounds, federal prison employees said. Mr. Bulger had not emerged from his cell for breakfast and when prison staff went to check on him, they found him wrapped in blankets and unresponsive, they said.
When they tried to shake him, blood spattered the floor. He was dead.
One of the federal prison workers said that the inmates involved in the killing were thought to be “affiliated with the mob.” Separately, a senior law enforcement official, who oversees organized crime cases but was not involved in the investigation into Mr. Bulger’s death, said he was told by a federal official that an organized crime figure was believed to be responsible.
And a lawyer for Mr. Bulger, J.W. Carney Jr., made clear that he blamed the prison system for the death of his client, whom, he said, he was proud to have been appointed to represent. “He was sentenced to life in prison, but as a result of decisions by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, that sentence has been changed to the death penalty,” Mr. Carney said.
Mr. Bulger is by no means the first organized crime figure to be killed once arrested, tried, convicted and sent off to serve his time.

Those who follow the rough ways of the mob remember 1962, and perhaps the most significant such murder to take place behind bars. It was the botched pre-emptory strike carried out in the yard of the federal penitentiary in Atlanta by Joseph Valachi, who wielded a length of three-quarter-inch galvanized iron pipe with a brass faucet attached.
With repeated blows, Mr. Valachi crushed the skull of a man he mistook for another Mafia figure he believed had been ordered to kill him. The murder led Mr. Valachi to seek protection from the F.B.I., cooperate, and testify before Congress in 1963, becoming the first mob figure to admit publicly that the Mafia existed.
Then came 1977, when Vincent C. Papa, a mob figure, was stabbed to death in the federal penitentiary in Atlanta. Mr. Papa was widely credited with masterminding the theft of nearly 400 pounds of heroin and 120 pounds of cocaine held as evidence in the offices of the New York Police Department’s property clerk.
Mr. Bulger’s death will be remembered, too.
A shortage of correctional officers has become chronic in the Trump administration, leaving some prison workers feeling ill-equipped and unsafe on the job, according to a recent New York Times investigation. Some prisons are so pressed for correctional officers that they regularly compel teachers, nurses, secretaries and other support staff to step in.
The Hazelton prison in particular has been plagued by violence. The prison has regularly assigned support staff to guard duty since mid-2016, though it recently tried to curtail the practice. Last year, The Times found, the prison had 275 violent episodes, including fights among inmates and major assaults on staff, an almost 15 percent increase from 2016.
Mr. Bulger appears to have been at least the third inmate to die as a result of violence at the Hazelton prison this year. In April, an inmate was killed in a fight; just last month, another inmate died in the same way, local news media reported.
Senator Joe Manchin III of West Virginia had recently joined other officials in sending a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions voicing concerns over staffing levels at federal prisons, including Hazelton.
Mr. Bulger got to know quite a few prisons over the years.
He had been incarcerated in Arizona, Oklahoma and Florida, and prison workers suggested that he had been moved once again - to Hazelton - after he had threatened a staff member at the Coleman prison complex in Sumterville, Fla. In one case, he was moved for using his charm to obtain special privileges from a prison staff member, according to someone familiar with his situation behind bars who spoke on the condition of anonymity, citing the private nature of the information.
Mr. Bulger had been held in solitary confinement at a federal prison in Florida since March, according to the person. Prison officials had cited behavioral problems on the part of Mr. Bulger as the reason for moving him to solitary confinement.
For the most part, Mr. Bulger, who strenuously denied ever being a federal informant, was not threatened, harassed or attacked by other inmates in the various federal prisons, the person said.
But there was one instance in which Mr. Bulger was stabbed by another inmate while he was being held at a federal prison in Arizona. According to the person, the reason for the stabbing was unclear, but it was believed the inmate may have carried out the attack to try to get a transfer to another prison.
Mr. Bulger had suffered a series of heart attacks while in prison - more than half a dozen over the years - and was expecting to be moved to a medical facility run by the Bureau of Prisons. Instead, he was relocated to the West Virginia facility, where he was placed in the general prison population, according to some of the federal prison workers.
After Mr. Bulger’s body was found, roadblocks were put in place outside the prison complex, and a lock down - meaning prisoners could not leave their cells - lasted into the evening.

A says to you B called you a punk ass, its clear its not true but you almost get in trouble. My thought would be to punish A by telling it to the Head above me

Im 27... I went to juvenile detention when I was 15 until I was 17... I went to church to try and talk to girls from across the cafeteria... But one day this pastor was there and he said. " Man was not meant to be in a cage " and I never forgot that. When I got out... I did stuff that could have got me locked up again. But God blessed me.
At 21 I stopped doing all the dumb stuff I was doing... And went back to doing things I used to love doing before I threw myself into a life style that didn't make me happy. I'll always be afraid of losing my freedom and being back in a cage again. Being torn from family and women and friends. Jails and juvies are just for money... They hardly help anybody. Juvies... Maybe some. Prisons... Pretty much fuck no. The only good i got from juvie is God revealed himself to me in there. Besides that... Nothing. Kids I was locked up with... So many of them are dead now... They didnt even make it to 28... Suicides and overdoses....

Because.... i was always rebellious.. i always wanted to be my own leader and make my own rules... So for me to even have considered following God it had to be true.... Its just how everything happend... And then once I began reading the bible... With no judgment.. It just seemed so true... More and more happened where I figured God had to be real.. More and more science is pointing towards that we must have a creator..

Hey just wanted to tell you, I think what your channel is achieving is important. It's helping to create an interest in prison 'culture'. I think it's helping to normalize the idea that someone can serve a term then return to 'normal' life. More and more my friends are getting out and doing well. Several are very open about their past, and are still getting jobs that pay well. Maybe the stigma is finally lifting. Anyways, I think you're helping achieve that and I support that

Contradicted yourself in this one by saying "unless you have paper work OR A GUY SAYING HE SNITCHED ON ME" when a minute earlier you said people will lie and say that just to have someone handled. Moral of the story is MUST HAVE PAPERWORK 100% OF THE TIME UNLESS THERE ARE SOME REAL EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES ive seen it more then a few times.

Peter, what is it like to be the "head of the building"? Are you like a mediator between your people, does that give you some kind of an untouchable status? Or do you have to watch your back even more because you have to consider that he's in the AB and even though he's in the wrong, you don't want to make them mad at you? I don't know if you can freely talk about stuff that went down, but some insight would be very appreciated. Thanks

    • @Tony777Zz

You have to earn the position, once you become a head yes you become distributor of everything through your gang, you're also in charge of keeping your people in check normally by beatings. Nobody touches the head, whenever you hear of prison riots that was planned by the heads. Riots are not random in prison everything is planned

Shaun question for you. I just subscribed and like your videos. You said you were jailed for Ecstasy. It must had been a large amount (?). I knew a guy years ago that sale weight in marijuana. He was stupid an left where If was found. He was Japanese. I visited him in jail a few times an asked how it going. Long story short he thought he was going to spend time in jail in Texas. I told him they wouldn’t waste time on him and export him back to Japan. This is what happened. For you to get six years it must have been large amount. What your story?

    Shaun,
Ive been watching your videos for a few days. Ive been locked up in Florence (minimum security though) and I notice you always mention the whites, the blacks, the mexicans, and the paisas. When I was locked up we also had the natives, they were the biggest after the whites on my pod. I heard that in Maricopa County the Mesaneros (mexicans from Mesa) have their own click; this might be a more recent thing tho with how fast Phoenix is growing right now. Who did these groups, in particular the natives, click up with when you were in?

Hi Shaun, iv recently read your 3 books in under a week, great stuff but I was a bit disappointed with the lack of wild man in the prison books. 1) would you consider writing wild mans autogiohraphy? I would definatly buy/read as I find him fascinating lol. 2) in your books you seemed to be able to mix with other races without too much bother, is this because u were English and doing you’re blog you got a pass? And is it only the white race that enforces this as the blacks and Mexicans you socialised with didn’t seem to face any consequences either. 3) finally how do the aryan brotherhood get messages and control people in the dorms and and street from solitary confinement? Do they send multiple kites a day and know all the ins and out or is it much more lossy controlled? Might they get a kite a month and a lot of the Decicions are delegated to the lower, more freely moving members?

Obviously I disagree with getting sent down for it but, I’d argue the weed point. If you’re over 25 and your brain has fully developed then it’s probably not gonna have any lasting effects. However, it can definitely have lasting negative effects on a teenage or early twenties brain, especially with the strains going round nowadays
