Go for APC UPS other brands doesnt work as expected.
Decide UPS based on your pc power.
If gaming pc for high rated UPS.
As you have inverter your will serve inverter cutoff time so if backup time is not important for you
Else lower end ups will work.

Okay this is a common misconception.
Graphics card companies usually recommend over 2x the margins of the consumption of their products.
Rtx 2060 under load consumes 180-220W max.
