I love how honest (raw) this cover sounds without sounding bad (out of tune). Great sound guys.

Rainsong JM-1000. I always use Elixir Nanoweb 80/20 Custom Light. They sound great, and with a guitar that is already full of bass and tone, those strings add a great brightness and balanced treble

heck yeah! I checked out their site and I don't know if the jumbo would be a good fit for me as for I have larger fingers than most but I do like finger picking though. I checked out the CO-WS1000N2 and it looks pretty good and the description on it sounds promising but I don't know if a dreadnought or grand auditorium body would sound better. I like the bass of a DR but I like the crisp clean sound from a Grand Auditorium also

i've got giant hands also but it fits nicely. I have not played any with the N2 neck on it, so i don't know how it would feel, but i remember when i first picked up the jumbo i thought the neck was a toy but i was never disappointed. both will have a really crisp sound, you'd have a hard time distinguishing the 2 tones as far as "crisp and clean" goes. i'd say DR all they way, especially if you eventually do any tapping or percussive playing

is that the Jumbo Body? how are the frets playing? I have been trying to decide on a Rainsong or a Martin. I Play a Ibanez Artwood series AC240EOP right now and its got a good sound, its a higher end Ibanez but I am looking for a new ound I guess. I like the Martin DC-15ME but I haven't heard much on Rainsongs

Yes the JM is the Jumbo. Frets are beautiful, there is no comparison to any other guitar I have played. From the factory I dislike the set-up of Martin guitars, but that is all preference and can be fixed. That particular Martin was just too 'warm' for my taste. then again, I'm not much a fan of mahogany bodied acoustics. I like a very crisp deep sound which this is perfect for, and the extra brightness with the elixir strings is unparalleled in my opinion
