there are a lot of lead in and lead out commands still being sent over when you are doing some pocketing operations, these should be replaced with a ramp operation instead, its kinder to the tooling, well done though i hope to get my own DIY machine up to aluminium cutting standards right now it was designed with PCBs in mind so it can barely manage wood lol

Nice machine, I would recommend that you use a slotdrill with 1 or 2 flutes, you will see that you get better results.
