Hi iam getting one problem with my redmi note 5
When I turn on Mi logo appear and it's turn off it's self even 70% charge in my battery
But it will go with fast boot and recovery mode normally with battery
When I connect charging cable than only it will completely booting up / normally working
After booting i disconnect charging cable then it's working completely
It's battery problem or what ???

You can do factory reset but first you need to know your email Id and password before you do factory reset. And note that after factory reset your data will lost
