Now I have got NZ registration and applied AHPRA via TTMR. On the question which country did you gain inital nursing registration? is it Nepal or UK 2. On the question are you submitting professional references for points recognition on your visa application? Is this NO as I only needs skills assessment for 186. Thank you
1) Initial would be Nepal 2) In my opinion it would be yes because then they will write the number of experience on the letter and will write that are you suitable to migrate or not. But I am unsure regarding this, you better consult to a immigration consultant regarding this.
You will require to have any other proof of identity for that category.. like drivers license or anything else... there is a list of the eligible documents on their website

Thank you for your kind words :) For stream, mostly you get it as soon as you complete self-check. But for those whose qualification needs review can take upto few days to couple of weeks.
You have to download a Good Standing/Verification available on PNMC website. Fill that form, attach all necessary documents along the list is available on PNMC website, download the challan from their website, pay the challan on the mentioned bank of PNMC. TCS everything to PNMC and track your applucation on PNMC tracking portal. PNMC usually process this within a month so once you see dispactch on the travking records, it means it has been sent to Ahpra online.

1) Yes, usually the employer who sponsors for 482 visa after 2 years of working with them they usually apply your 186 immigration visa. But you need to check this with your employer if they offer or not. Or you can still apply for 189/190 (immigration visa) while being on 482 visa onshore. 2) Yes, as now for the new FY, the 482 visa requirment for work experience has been reduced to 1 year which was 2 year previously, so you will definitely be eligible but again for employers, they will prefer someone with more experience if they have options so that depends on luck. 3) You need to apply directly to hospital websites or seek.com.au. Its a win if you have Ahpra first and then apply. Anmac is not necessary for 482 visa application. 4) Yes, so you can write the reference letter as per the Anmac template and send it to your nurse manager and then they can improvise if needed or sign as it is.

For Anmac (skill assesssment), you need to provide whatever nursing realted experience you have got be its in academia or bed side. There is no as such specific requirement for 450 hrs in Anmac. Thats for Ahpra.
ANMAC would email the person who issued the letter of your experience. If they find it satisfying they ll approve it, if not satisfied they will just not count the experience. Their will be no such objections.

After internship, atleast have 1 year of bedside clinical experience because without this neither he will be confident for work abroad nor any employer would prefer him as lack of experience. Moreover, even if he directly wants to go abroad first thing is clear english language proficiency test as per the requirements.

There could be 3 possibilities now. 1) Go ahead with further assessment and chances would be slightly high that her stream gets converted to A after degree and transcript assessment. 2) Go ahead with the assessment and even after assessment if it stays stream B, she ll have to attempt whatever exam (Nclex/Osce) they ask for. 3) Don't take risk and withdraw her profile and don't go ahead as submitting documents would cost her further 500AUD to submit. Lastly, she can consult to any migration agent.
