JOHN PAUL JONES...GREATEST LEAD GUITARIST HANDS DOWN...WITH MAYBE JEFF BECK AND FRANK ZAPPA ..AS EQUALS....PAGE ...JIMMY PAGE ...CREATED THE BAND WROTE 90% OF THE MUSIC ....BEEN A MASTER GUITARIST SINCE HIS TEENS. JPJ TOO. AND ROBERT PLANT....NO ONE .....NO FUCKING ONE...HAD THAT VOICE..JOHN HENRY BONHAM THE DRUMMER PASSED ON IN SEPT OF 80. BAND RETIRED THEN. THEY SAID IT. LED ZEPOELIN IS US FOUR. NO ONE ELSE
Hadn't seen that before. That was phenomenal. Bizarrely i've only discovered led Zeppelin around 2 years ago. Well i knew of the name, but hadn't checked out their music. I can say, they are my fav band

The students in the audience are clearly stunned. They'd never heard anything like this before. Their first album is the greatest first album ever released by a band. There has never been another band as great. Every song is fantastic and every album is awesome.
The bass playing was amazing, unfortunately often overshadowed. That is why you need to listen to Zep songs more than once. You can catch and appreciate the different layers better.
I don't get it. It's pretty good, but the studio version is SO MUCH BETTER, why start w/the live??? I understand that the introductions, and seeing the band so early in their career is cool... and Page's guitar solo here is pretty impressive, but overall--IT'S THE STUDIO VERSION ALL THE WAY FOR ME!!!
