However the in-flight entertainment of Premium Economy class is aged... the touch screen of some of the seats are not functional. Looking forward for the new cabin rollout on 777-300ER later this year.
The original IFE has been used for more than 10 years, input of the new OS undoubtedly slower the reaction time of the interface. This is unavoidable since the old OS is no longer supported by the third party.
Was dumb handing out the hand towels before take-off. Should have been at cruising altitude prior to meal service. I’m sure they could have been doing more important things at that time.
That’s what I am thinking too! But you know this is the regular protocol that CX request the crews to do, as a way to greet the PEY and J class passengers.
If you’re talking about the interior design and seat of the aircraft, it is indeed. Nevertheless, there is an upgrade for the J and PEY cabin, which will be launched soon this year.
