Awesome collection James. I thought I was the only other person collecting those lovely red Disney slips. Lol I picked up Robot Overlords in Poundland recently. So glad someone else loves Terminator Genisys it’s a great movie. I’m doin my complete Blu-ray collection next week looking forward to hearing your thoughts. Take it easy bud!
I tried, then I realized the players can´t handle the discs, so I am switching to DVD again. Disappointed with all the claims and the mass advertising.
Reasonable question. I have gone through my collection and donated to the Library, given away or thrown away movies I didn't like or were never going to watch again. People get into saving/keeping/collecting as a bit of a obsession. I know from my own experience as well as friends and family.
I understand the enjoyment of collecting, but have to agree that although your taste in music is impeccable, I echo the sentiments of others in why purchase stuff you don't like. I would have spent most of the money on more vinyl...
How much do you spend on your blue rays rockboy680, obviously a lot.I have the xmen trilogy, star wars trilogy, force awakens, Jurassic park, Donnie darko, plus loads others.
My blu ray collection: 21 jump street American psycho An american werewolf in london Ant man Avatar Avengers Avengers: Age of ultron Batman begins Batman vs Superman: Dawn of justice The dark knight rises The evil dead trilogy The good dinosaur Godzilla Guardians of the galaxy Indiana jones raiders of the lost ark Inside out Interstellar Jurassic world Kingsman the secret service Man of steel Matrix Moonraker Premium rush Rocky Rocky 2 Rocky 3 Rocky 4 Rocky 5 Rocky balboa Lord of the rings: return of the king Scarface Up Van helsing
How do you have so many slip covers for your blu rays? I feel like I never get slip covers on blu rays when I buy them? Am I the only one who barely has any slipcovers? For blu rays? Only a few ?
WHEW ! I made it through it haha, all in one sitting (well laying - lazy weekend) lol. Really enjoyed it mate, what a collection ! I loved all the short commentary, especially all the "craps" lol - Don't you have "Taken 4, On Ice"? lol One thing I know you are missing is a copy of "Transformers vs. Alien Predators meet The Terminator on Godzilla Island 2" , hope you can see that soon it's a masterpiece of Hollywood cinema! hehe Ok I'm being silly. I really don't even know where to comment on here James, it's just brilliant to see them all, and you've set it up so nicely. Everything looks well taken care of and super organized. I fear you're going to need a bigger room soon James hehe. Really would love to see more movie videos incorporated into this channel in the future. There is no doubt you are a massive movie / TV series fan, so you got a lifetime of videos ahead of you mate. I look forward. This took tons of effort so I hope people appreciate it as much as I did. Take care James
He looks like he's about 18 years old, didnt grow up when it was released to experience it and realize how revulitionary and influential a film it was in the 90's... all he's heard is "best ever" and that sets his expectations bar way too high, so when he watched it, he was disappointed... For the record, PF is my favorite film of all time
Respect mate! Respect! This is so much great stuff! I'd love to get that 'help' blu ray from the beatles, where did you find that one? Great video! Keep making videos!!
Nicholas Stumpf hehe I watch mystery science theater 3000 and have see ed wood's movies. Trust me I know bad movies and after earth is just as bad if not worse. I literally fell asleep in the movie theater. The only time that's ever happened to me.
+rockboy680 What's your opinion on Skyline, the day the earth stood still, cloverfield, source code, gangster squad, public enemies, holy rollers, great gatsby, j. edgar, war horse, monuments men, noah? Why is Robocop that crap? Did you like in time, battle: los angeles, transcendence? Why did you like American Sniper that much? Why do you think grudge match is a waste of time? Cheers
I have the complete Absolutely Fabulous collection. I am wanting to get the complete Keeping up Appearances. I have Blues Brothers plus 2000. My family completely prefers the 2000. Great story, all the additional characters were great. Best part was the awesome collection of singers. The sing off was excellent. So big disagreement with that one. Thanks for the video. Quite a impressive collection.
Awesome collection, man. My only question is how in the hell do you find anything if it's not alphabetized? it drives me crazy if I don't have my collection alphabetized. I also feel like it's easier to find things that way
Awesome Blu Ray Collection! A lot of great movies you showed here. Video is definitely the most challenging you ever done but is well worth it. If I ever do an entire Beatles Vinyl collection, if will be the most challenging video ever for me. It will take me I think 3-5 hours to get done. I'll die a miserable death after the video is finished. Great video James. Take care
Some great films and tv series' not all all of them are to my taste though but if want some recommendations here is some; Moon a fantastic underrated Sci Fi film and has a slight music connection it was directed by Duncan Jones who is the son of the late great David Bowie not sure if its or Blu Ray but definitely on DVD, Ghandi, Invictus and Mandela A long Walk to Freedom, I noticed that you had a few Paul Greengrass movies I would thoroughly recommend United 93 superb, no major stars in it but superbly told and acted, if you liked Captain Philips you will like this. TV Series' Joss Whedon's Firefly great series that was unfortunately cancelled after one series but has a follow up movie called Serenity, if you like British comedies especially the older ones, Black Adder, The Good Life and two from the late great Ronnie Barker, Open All Hours (which also starred David Jason) and Porridge (Which also had a couple of appearances from David Jason and also starred Richard Beckinsale the late father of Kate Beckinsale.) Hope check these out far superior to modern comedies. Would to see more dvd/Blu-Ray videos and some reviews on your some as well.
Noticed you didn't have Grindhouse - It's what inspired Machete & Machete Kills. It's two films Planet Terror (by Robert Rodriguez - director of Machete/Machete Kills) and Death Proof (by Quentin Tarantino) joined together, and it's how they wanted you to originally watch it, it just didn't do well in cinemas so they split it up for DVD, but the Bluray puts them back together. Also you don't have Jackie Brown, you should probably enjoy that ;)
it's great to collect and have the physical item but these are one item that are going to disappear in few years time as the the formula of internet tv i.e netflix etc will be the way people have access to view anything they want and have there own movie library..the cinema will always be there but as we see with gaming etc the disc or box set is all but over..but hey great collection young man
Live Die Repeat in America it's called Edge of Tomorrow. You are missing DEADPOOL (one of the best super heroes flicks thus far). In Time is sick and wicked, I do recommend. Sicario is an excellent film. WTF man you've never watch the Godfather... I find it hard to believe... The good Dinosaur is extremely good with an excellent mesage. cheers bro JC/Miami
+GaRRaPatero España (Garrapaterorulez) It's still called Edge of Tomorrow in Britain, just the home release (in all countries) is titled Live Die Repeat because that's what people thought it was called cause of the posters. Deadpool isn't out yet over here. - 13th June :(
No wonder HMV are going out of business, you bought all there stock!!! That is 1 amazing collection you have there.
That Disney collection is BEAUTIFUL! So jealous! Loving your little short reviews after. Really giving me some ideas on what to watch! Cheers!
so let me get this straight; you thought terminator genisys was "phenomenal" but you didn't like pulp fiction??????
dumb poorly filmed action with a poor story is apparently better then a well told story with good action
It's his opinion why are you getting so pissed
+MojoFlicks because its a piece of shit
+spudplays well it's his opinion. Maybe yours is different but that doesn't mean he's not allowed to like it more
Yeah.... I dont even know.
I enjoyed watching your collection video. Great variety, bro
How do you get all them Disney & Pixar films in sleeves? Also where does one purchase all the collections?
Nice collection. I really like the limited edition Disney films with the slip covers. They look amazing!
4:44 What happened to Peter Capaldi's face? Anyway Doctor Who and Sherlock are my two favorite Tv shows right now,
Awesome collection James.
I won't say terminator genisys is as good as the first 2 but it's a really good underrated movie
Terminator genaisy is a mindfuck
I made the switch from DVD to Blu-Ray 2 months back. Liking it so far
I tried, then I realized the players can´t handle the discs, so I am switching to DVD again. Disappointed with all the claims and the mass advertising.

What shelf are you using for your bluray collection?
Incredible collection!

ScreenStuff found you mate
+RazeRevs what are the odds
+Kevin Van Persie I'm just asking a simple question. No need for insults

Reasonable question. I have gone through my collection and donated to the Library, given away or thrown away movies I didn't like or were never going to watch again. People get into saving/keeping/collecting as a bit of a obsession. I know from my own experience as well as friends and family.

Fantastic library of films and vinyl. Do you have a collection of Hammer Films titles?
WHEW ! I made it through it haha, all in one sitting (well laying - lazy weekend) lol. Really enjoyed it mate, what a collection ! Excellent info best of luck
dude, love that clone wars case - the green is sweet!
If you hate a lot of the movies you own then why do you own them
Ben The Nerd maybe some of the movie’s he bought before he hadn't seen before and he probably doesn't bother getting rid of them
Most of us rent first. If you like a movie then buy it. If not then your out $4.99 or less.
The plus side - he can sell them and earn a bit of cash!
Can you get those dr who dvds on blu Ray

Beautiful collection, mate.
Awesome dude this is just crazy!! But did I hear you say you were disappointed with pulp fiction ?!!$!& how!!!
Purple Bull3tz it's his opinion, everyone has opinions right?
He looks like he's about 18 years old, didnt grow up when it was released to experience it and realize how revulitionary and influential a film it was in the 90's... all he's heard is "best ever" and that sets his expectations bar way too high, so when he watched it, he was disappointed... Don't hate me I kind of liked it
Nicholas Stumpf hehe I watch mystery science theater 3000 and have see ed wood's movies. Trust me I know bad movies and after earth is just as bad if not worse. I literally fell asleep in the movie theater. The only time that's ever happened to me.
Nicholas Stumpf I could not agree more. Still to this day the only movie I've ever fallen asleep at.
+rockboy680 What's your opinion on Skyline, the day the earth stood still, cloverfield, source code, gangster squad, public enemies, holy rollers, great gatsby, j. edgar, war horse, monuments men, noah? I collect DVDs and I'm appoaching 800 - which is insane! I own 148 films that are included in your collection. That's quite good, isn't it?
Christina Stork Blu-Rays are better
Simon Blue Rays - my experience says the players cannot handle them.
Just remember you cant take them with you when you're dead
That is a lot of great stuff bro!
anyone know where he got that version of 2012 in that awesome slipcover

I loved this video right until you sped through the Doctor Who DVDs at the end haha!

Hunger Games Mockingjay 1 and 2 aren't bad.

I know that's not a very good movie, but the animation is stunning.
Jon Gossard well i agree with that

Awesome Blu Ray Collection! A lot of great movies you showed here. Video is definitely the most challenging you ever done but is well worth it. If I ever do an entire Beatles Vinyl collection, if will be the most challenging video ever for me. It will take me I think 3-5 hours to get done. How are you disappointed with pulp fiction but you love now you see me??!!

RoboCop is probably the best action movie ever
Michael Hodgkinson sarcasm?
it's great to collect and have the physical item but these are one item that are going to disappear in few years time as the the formula of internet tv i.e netflix etc will be the way people have access to view anything they want and have there own movie library..the cinema will always be there but as we see with gaming etc the disc or box set is all but over..but hey great collection young man
