Another difference between the SPM and Sensory Profile I noticed during my fieldwork is that the Sensory Profile takes oral sensory into account, whereas the SPM does not ask questions pertaining to that. So if there a concerns regarding picky eating, or feeding, the Sensory profile may be the one you would want to choose compared to the SPM.
