- Sometimes life can really pile up, especially if you haven't been doing what you need to to give yourself a break, feel how you need to feel, or process your emotions. I learned that to be especially true over the past month....
"Emotional intelligence" is a term I've coined that roughly translates to mean taking the time to acknowledge how you feel, actually FEEL it, and process it. Feelings are totally natural, normal, and fine. I think it's important to remind ourselves of that from time to time.
