    I know that not everybody can afford an online course, but I hope that the fifteen videos in the Shadow Work Playlist will support the next steps of your shadow integration journey.
    I created this free playlist to function like a crash-course on shadow psychology with the intention of being as accessible and actionable as possible. I didn't want to stash the basics behind a paywall or email signup - I would rather you keep learning right here on TH-cam.
    You can instantly access over five hours of beginner-to-advanced shadow work exercises and lectures with the free playlist linked in the description.
    Make sure to take your time with the guided exercises, and don't forget to buy the golden books.
    Jordan
    P. S. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to this comments section community. My channel is niche, and you've seen the Inner Work Library slowly expand over the last two years. I feel fortunate to receive such deep and genuine connections online, and TH-cam recently told me that there have been more than 4000 unique commentors across my entire channel.
    Thank you for showing up, I appreciate you.
    If you want more depth, we can meet inside the library:

      Respect to you Jordon - You are an example of integrity while others monetize everything they can. Shadow work is so important - not just individually healing but also the result will be people who are not racist and people who don't want to kill and control those who follow a different spin-off religion. Thank you for doing this for no charge. A labor of love from your core values. Nice...more than nice - kind.

    I have really consciously noticed and appreciated the power of kingly energy you have projected in presenting this playlist. It has been dense, high quality material delivered in quick succession and that packs a punch with what you have to offer. I was pleasantly surprised and really impressed by the way you haven't degraded what you're offering by pandering. It emphasizes the integrity of your work as the selling point instead of resorting to anything manipulative and that really matters. you don't need to do that and it commands respect whether people are conscious of it or not ❤️ thank you for helping people like me who are struggling in ways that limit resources 🥺 it is truly a high quality giving energy and the world needs more of in the form of mature masculine leadership.

      It's been an energetically demanding month, and completing this playlist feels like a much needed exhale. Thank you for your words, they mean a lot to me. Doing my best to upgrade the quality of conversation on shadow work, and I hope these videos find people for years to come.

    Jordan, you truly, truly are a blessing to this world🌟The world is desperate for people like you who are passionate about contributing and putting the enormous effort into making a positive impact to educating and uplifting the awareness and lives of others. I have worked extensively on my negative shadow which has allowed me to integrate my imperfections and have more compassion for others and our human journey which is a life changer. I just watched your video on the golden shadow and whilst I have been aware of it, I haven’t given it any great focus. That is about to change and I am looking forward to working with it and realising my full potential and authentic power. I am approaching my golden years so maybe the timing is perfect for me. Thank you again. I appreciate you🙏🙏🙏

    thank you very much, I appreciate your content very much. I would say that when I feel that within an interaction with a person, I am the slightly supperior one (within power dynamics) then it is easier for me to stay humble and supportive but - here is my questions - when I feel that the other person is statuswise or otherwise the superior one how should one deal with that person. sometimes it is ok to give the power to someone (e.g. more experienced person / boss etc.) but sometimes I have just the feeling that the otherone wants to be supperior and that gives me somehow a bad feeling. How to deal with this? best regards

    Blessings to your work. Having done shadow work and worked with internal family systems trying to unravel my trauma, I came across the work of dr Steve peters. His book the chimp paradox helped me understand the mind in the aspects of the how the primal brain works and how that impacts emotions and behaviours. I am curious of your thoughts in understanding the complexity of how certain dominances in one’s circuitry affects the functioning in how these systems work in terms of hierarchy and dominance. I gained a more understanding of these concepts as it it relates to my neurology.

    Unfortunately I typically don't have the opportunity to see the videos while driving but spend many rides listening to you. Do you have available a list of all the books you reference in your videos for someone equally interested in creating their own home library?

    • @jordanthornton
      @jordanthornton  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’m happy to accompany your on your drives! For TH-cam, I don’t make resource lists by intention. I’ve shared 200+ books on this channel so far, and I’m a firm believer in people having ‘selective hearing’ and they’ll lock into the right book at the right time, especially for videos that have multiple books recommended. My course is very structured, but I like to keep TH-cam more intuitive.

    Absolutely love what you’re doing, quick question regarding this concept.
    48 laws of power is an excellent read but it is more about the principles and tactics. Here’s my issue, I’m suffering from insecurities that prevents me from having power in social situations. Are there any books that you would suggest that will help me heal from inside so I can convince myself that I deserve power?

    • @jordanthornton
      @jordanthornton  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If it’s a self worth issue, then I would suggest looking into inner child work. It’s the foundation - go for homecoming by John Bradshaw and healing the child within by Charles Whitfield 🌲
