Bilkul ye bat theek hain, lekin OS central ka issue or tha inko interchange ki smjh nahi aa rhi thi land py NHA development nahi krny deta. Abhi inko clear hua h interchange k bad tbhi sb log jo us mai aa rahay thy unko shift keea hai. Susti dikhai hai inhon ny executive block k liye, un k sath ziada zyadti hue par mujhy achy ki umeed hai agay. Baki Allah knows best

The crash of real estate for last 3 years is deepening and resulting in human tragedy and economic crisis of Pakistan. Prices are 50% down and there is no buyer . Total collapse of market for next 10 years .
It is not resulting in economic crisis, it's quite the opposite here. I don't think its a collapse for next 10 years as we have seen a huge increase in house prices even at the verge of default
