Is there's no wood inside the plastic? Wouldn't it sound better and be more sturdy if it did? Just an idea... It amazes me the bridge doesn't snap off, with the tension of the strings...
@mihax24x what's wrong with normal guitars is that they are BORING! This is a very cool idea. Sure it may not give great sound, but at least it's something different.
My boyfriend is a huge star wars fan and I swear if I got this for him he'd ask me to marry him xD haha, but how much did this cost to make? I honestly want to save and make it for him for christmas.
Wouldn't the tension of the strings bend the plastic slowly over time? I would bet that thing cannot hold intonation at all. Personally, if it's not gonna work well and last for at least a little while, I would just rather have the Millennium Falcon toy than the modified guitar. Sorry if I'm a downer, but it just seems like a waste of a toy and guitar hardware for something that is just gonna probably be tossed aside or never used. Seems wasteful.
HazrdMC How does pointing out a logical fallacy make you autistic? If anyone here is truly autistic, it's you for being stubborn and refusing to see the stupidity in your comment.
omg...where are old guitars seriusly? i respect that you do something what take time and you really work hard for it, but omfg what is wrong with normal guitars?
Dude that is freakin awesome! You got my two favourite things in the world put into one! Star Wars and guitars!
First time I ever saw a Star Wars guitar. Very unique and cool. Maybe you can get a gig opening for the Cantina band. May the force be with you.

You, sir, win at life.
How about "Star Destroyer" bass-guitar? :-)
@megahurtz30 There is a wooden support system inside the plastic that I didn't show in the video. You're right without it the guitar wouldn't hold up.
I'd like one!!! have you yet?

Combining two things I love: Guitar and Star Wars. I just wouldn't pay crazy money for either.

The virginity is strong in this one.
@DeFlanko You mean George Luca$
So you might be able to play 'Lightning fast' with that
I that mostly has to do with the pickups
You sir are a fucking genius.
The R2-D2 headstock should've been a TIE Fighter (with its own sound effects) :)

...That's the Guitar that made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs"...
@FactorCerveza The tone is as good as a plastic guitar can be. Not too bad, but not too good.
nice warmoth paddle head.
