Great video thanks! The lack of support for free plan is mind boggling to me; why would I convert to a paying customer if I can't get help in the beginning stages. I will struggle with your product and move on to a different platform. "Invite only" community forum? Utterly bizarre.
Glad you liked the video! Yea they only offer free support for free users for the first 14 days but that's not a lot ... after those 14 days you're basically on your own if you're on the free plan.
Thanks for the response. I'm actually in that 14 day trial and they've not responded to any of my emails but manage to spam me daily anyway with sales prompts. I'll use the free version until my subscriber count moves higher and then I'll move. I've been quite disappointed with the product in many areas but support is a big one. Thanks again for the video!
