Ok so It works the only problem is the dns makes it so you cannot download apple software updates. If you wanna download updates you have to delete E•sign and download and do all of this again

@gyrowz8888 open the Scarlet app, then go to the install option in the middle in the top right corner. You will get the download. icon hold that icon, then there you will get the manage certificate option. Click on that and click on import certificate, then select the certificate and the password of certificate now swipe down and select the certificate you have imported.
dns configuration not work on ios 13.6.1 , u can install the profile but cannot configure to select which 1 u want to use like ios 15 or newer , idk but it dont work forme
you should try another installation method or you should consider purchasing personal certificate for more detail of installation you can check my latest video your all problem will get solved fs
