@@JP-pq7irhe patrols 6 hours a day then after he investigates to investigate its just the ppl who are his “mentor”or in hc dont see his patrol work and only are around when hes mid investigation so they have a perception of him thats incorrect. And the ppl eho think he is doing well in his job dont think to go to hc and say hes doing a great job the only ppl that go to hc are the ppl with complaints so they only hear about his mistakes but tbh most of the stuff they say about him is from months ago or is flat out incorrect but based on their bias
@@amberafonso2903 his initial instructors wanted him to focus basics over a month ago and he ignored it up until this point where they had to force him to patrol. he would literally stand in pd in his civilian clothes doing nothing for hours not even trying to get picked up by trainers. on top of that recently he didnt even know whether to call back up or not on a traffic stop where he literally got picked up off the ground by one of the people. the dude absolutely needed to learn the basics still, and is lucky he wasnt fired. only reason being crane cop is his trainer and kept him around DUE to him actually liking to investigate.

Max gave him the green light to investigate before and had a few express their concerns. That said, just telling K that he had to go away and finish training would be far less damaging than “I’ve been banned” and not explain any further so idk.
