- The CruCarta Military 2 is finally available-is this the ultimate iteration of a knife design that dates back to the mid 1990s? I unbox one, share some initial impressions, and compare it to earlier versions of this knife. #unboxing #knifecommunity #edcknife #edc #knife #everydaycarry #spyderco #spydercoknives

I have Military cpm4v version too. Red and black is a beautiful color combination.
I agree the combination does look really good. I think the only exclusive I may like a little better was that 4v CF from that lock company. I think they did a 4V and elmax version. The CF is smooth but man did they do a good job, those scales really shine in the sunlight.
My Military in 440 V has the two screw pocket clip, I think it might be an older model.
Good steel, but can only get up to 56 HRC
I hope st. Nick's(preferably) or another vendor like bento box or Rivers edge cutlery does another 4V run. Spyderco's exclusives are the best and I particularly like St. Nick's because of their red signature g10 handles. I can do without the DLC coating though.
Have the Manix 2 in cruwear still in the shipping box....trying not to open it till my birthday in a couple weeks.
Just got the Crucarta Military 2 and its 🔥, added bronze long lynch clip, all good but micarta smells like burnt steel grindings 🤷♂️😂
I like that fresh from the factory micarta smell!!!
