Indie games are always my favorite, you hear about them, forget then months later. They release and I swear, they either meld into the tide of game or are the second coming of video games to revitalize the genre.
Honestly I wanted like 90% of the games they showed. And that's way better than literally every other event. I admit it was a weird indie direct thing, but I actually want those games. So... more of that I guess
lol I was one of the woke marisas, I haven't touched this game in nearly a year lol. I just did placements for the first time and got bronze so I'm starting to think I *might* need to practice a bit more
No offense to pat and his commenters but please seek a professionals opinions before seeking out a gamer/streamers opinions on medical and mental science. This was a guy who literally bitched about hating the term Stockholm syndrome and complains on many podcast about how he hates people with that specific mindset of bringing up deep research for using a phrase! Majoring in psychology was pat's mistake, he shouldn't punish his viewers for it. XD Again please Seek a professional's opinion, a second or third opinion is always a smart idea.
It's not really deep research. Stockholm syndrome isn't real. I don't need to use deep research to tell you the moon ain't made of cheese, and the easter bunny ain't out there shitting chocolate eggs.
Lol. He's usually correct about underlying facts whenever he talks about psychology. Including when he talked about Stockholm Syndrome. Pat also has opinions, shares them, and is occasionally a hypocrite. Only an idiot would take an unlicensed game streamer to be a practicing therapist or psychologist; which wouldn't be Pat's fault.
I mean... it is just like asking a friend's opinion on something. Of course he might be out sync current stuff or have skewed opinions based on his on biases, but he is definitely more informed then me on a lot of things in this field. Take everything with a grain of salt but also use it as a jumping off point to do the research yourself. Or ask professionals about their opinions. His perspective has value for me in this way.
Professionals in todays level of global monetary greed and lack of firm morals is a hilarious proposition. Pat is usually right until his neoliberal programming kicks in, then you can pretty much take all his advice with a fistful of salt. Generally tho, a pretty sound and well formed perspective for a Canuck.

I honestly had no idea that shoryuken would side switch the lariat. Nice playing against you Pat!
I don't even mind that I lost to a super obvious empty jump level 3, getting Pat to yell "fuck! That's EMBARRASSING!" made it for me
42:22 Did they just fucking steal one of the chest item get jingles from like Wind Waker or something holy shit
Look at all those cool indie games that you will forget they even existed because they release in at least a year and no way you will remember.

Loving the popo is the true Stockholm syndrome
What song does pat use for the intro? It’s grown on me, like a bad case of gangrene
I could be wrong but I swear I remember him or someone saying that it was commissioned for the intro
19:33 lowkey hype moment
I didnt know there was an indie event
25:10 why is Krillin's brother hosting this?

51:41 getting out of sf6
10:54 Holy hell. Imagine believing what user AshenedFox said in the chat. That person hates their life. Lol

"Him majoring in psychology was his mistake, don't punish us."
That's funny! XD
True, pat's always been weirdly up his own butt.

Why do 99% of all indie games look the same?
How did you look at any 3 of these trailers in a row and think, "These look the same."?
