Before answering your question I have to be Clear about thermal insulation & Radiant barrier What is radiation Heat? Radiant barrier/ (Bubble insulation) only reflects the radiant heat is not made for Conductive heat transfer. u may ask then how did this work? 1: it's reflect radiant heat and also lessen emission radiant heat what is Conductive Heat? Heat conduction is the transfer of internal thermal energy by the collisions of microscopic particles and the movement of electrons within a body. (Credit Google ) Answer : Puf sheet is made for thermal insulation and it's a different product it cannot reflect radiant heat it slows down the Thermal Heat transfer. but still, we do not recommend to use PUF sheet for heat resistance because according to us it is not made for heat insulation it is made for cold , for heat insulation as a front warrior we recommend to use any kind of radiant Barriers then u can use any good thermal insulation product to slow down the remaining heat. 2: the radiant barrier is not capable of slowing down the conductive heat. So comparing both Products side by is sounds unscientific only for knowledge purposes, we can do that. Thank you so much for sharing a fantastic idea with us we will try to make a video on that.
After 5 years if you need to replace the insulations, it will be difficult to remove because it is installed above purlins. I prefer installing them below purlins. And in between rafters. Use G.I. Wires to support. And also provide air gap between roof sheets n the insulation is always better.

That's a perfect question :) this is a special material called air bubble insulation material, it is designed in a different way. it has a double layer of aluminium, in between that AI layer, it has an 8mm air gape (that mean the ai layer is carried by 8mm thick air bubble sheet. if one layer of ai sheet touched the metal sheet it doesn't make sense in such a case conductive heat will not transfer through the conductive way and the emission value of aluminium is =>3% so there is very little chance of heat transfer and different thicknesses of air bubble sheet also available like 4mm,8mm,10mm,12mm 20mm.
You seem to b too much educated. By the way practically there will b some space between both the sheets and a space of even 2 to 3 mm is enough. This system is very effective. I have used it in delhi .its a life changing combination. I saved very many lakh by using it. I guarantee to all friends it's the cheapest and effective way of getting rid of heat.
@@raginisingh3016 you can enquire from the shops ,those who are selling air conditioning materials. You can search for four (4 mm) thickness air bubble insulation sheet. It has two layers of aluminium sheet and in between it has 4 mm thick bubble wrap. There are some videos also on you tube.

Bro i have better idea u can use bamboo chapi (carpet) make it double fold for better insulation & install above the sheet it avoids direct sunlight if u keep 4 to 6 inch gap between sheet & chapi even more effective for that u even need bamboo i guess but budget wise both may be equal or chapi thing is cheaper 👍👍

1- It reflects the radiant heat .readint heat is heat that transfers through the air. 2- we can install it on top of the roof it works fine. (how does it work? over the rooftop?) it reflects the sunlight like a mirror. we use this method while insulating the water tank. but a disadvantage is product life this product is water-resistant, not waterproof if the water stays in this product for long period then oxidation will happen so not recommended to use this product over the rooftop. **while insulating water tank scenario will be a little bit different **

honestly reflective insulation is not sufficient for hot climates. ideally 6 inch fiberglass or rock wool insulation panels will really keep the house cool
Honestly, we agree with your comment :) using 6inch Rockwool will reduce heat dramatically but the problem is cost, 6inc Rockwool will cost you more than 100rs per sqft. (I'm considering minimum value ) is it worth to pay that much for heat only? we do both insulations if the customer has a budget then we recommend use Rockwool+reflective insulation to get the best result :)

Yes, every product has its advantages and disadvantages, but what you are claiming here seems false according to our test result I'm not saying that this product has a life span of 15++ years or this is the best. what I'm trying to say is your claim is true but only in certain conditions . 1: If it is exposed to UV and water when it is exposed to UV and water pure aluminium will react to weather it will become black but it takes a little bit longer time it depends on how the product has been exposed to weather, 2: because of the heavy water damage ai will start peeling off. 3: extreme heat condition. this product can stand up to 90-100c for a certain time 2: Type of product and quality of the Product. 1: there are 2 types of aluminium products is available met pet and 11micron pure aluminium, met pet is not good as pure aluminium so it has a shorter life span 2: Quality of the bubble This product's life depends on the bubble sheet if the bubble sheet has poor quality then ai will start peeling off easily and your claim will become true in this condition. ** our final thought on your comment is ** we are using this product for the last 3 years since we never had such a complaint from our customer we used this product to keep the water tank cool (exposed to weather ) for last 13 months it still good in condition Product manufacturing company giving 10 years warranty on bubble sheet For this price of 18-20rs per sqft, this product is doing well and maintains good quality. we have product like rockwool xps e.t.c that has life span of 30++ years :)

honestly reflective insulation is not sufficient for hot climates. ideally 6 inch fiberglass or rock wool insulation panels will really keep the house cool
Honestly, we agree with your comment :) using 6inch Rockwool will reduce heat dramatically but the problem is cost, 6inc Rockwool will cost you more than 100rs per sqft. (I'm considering minimum value )

we do both insulations if the customer has a budget then we recommend use Rockwool+reflective insulation to get the best result :)

dear I am from delhi i have used it at my three properties. Best and cheapest way .it will cost you nearly 12 to 15 rs per sq feet. Plus 5 to 10 rs for installation.

Yes, every product has its advantages and disadvantages, but what you are claiming here seems false according to our test result I'm not saying that this product has a life span of 15++ years or this is the best.
what I'm trying to say is your claim is true but only in certain conditions .
1: If it is exposed to UV and water
when it is exposed to UV and water pure aluminium will react to weather it will become black but it takes a little bit longer time it depends on how the product has been exposed to weather,
2: because of the heavy water damage ai will start peeling off.
3: extreme heat condition. this product can stand up to 90-100c for a certain time
2: Type of product and quality of the Product.
1: there are 2 types of aluminium products is available met pet and 11micron pure aluminium, met pet is not good as pure aluminium so it has a shorter life span
2: Quality of the bubble
This product's life depends on the bubble sheet if the bubble sheet has poor quality then ai will start peeling off easily and your claim will become true in this condition.

we are using this product for the last 3 years since we never had such a complaint from our customer
we used this product to keep the water tank cool (exposed to weather ) for last 13 months it still good in condition
