Beautiful home. I, personally, love, love, love the tub inside the shower!❤ But, I will mention, I hate that builder cut costs with the wire racks in the closets; not a good look at all. Love your tours also!

Nice aerial view at the beginning. Love the open concept upon entrance & the 2-story foyer w/ 2nd story cat walk❤!! Crown molding in DR is beautiful!! Great room is wonderful, full of natural light 😌!! Nice kitchen and no sink inside island, Yes!!! The trey ceiling in master BdR is beautiful!!!Beautiful master bath but tub in shower 😱😱!! But a nice tub. Large walk-in closet with lots, lots, & lots of storage!! Nice home for a lucky buyer! Great video. Thanks for sharing. Take care!!

The basement was filled with cubicles and there was a meeting going on down there. The floor plan attached is the base plan for the Kensington and many of the features in this model are optional add ons for this plan
