He don't like Angel at first bc Angel is trying to distance himself from others (he's acting lazy, he lie about hating people's and wanting them dead ect.) Then they relationship gets better. Aki saves Angel life and tell him that he's important to him. After that Angel kinda puts his guard down. We don't see them often but they trust each other for sure and are pretty close. Angel gives Aki a lot of important information about devil's and his smart. He also cares about Aki for sure (he told him to quit devil's hunt, his also very sorry when he shorten Aki's life) Still, they're not like family.
