‘Flow, you cannot buy that feeling’. Right on brother! My feeling exactly. Also just riding for the love of riding. Yes. Great interview. Thank you both.
Ten Dam is a legend.
Gravel is mountain biking
You've clearly never been mountain biking 😂 Which is completely fine of course.
@@AndreS_22246 I was mountain biking all over Montana and Colorado before you were born most likely. It’s okay that you latch on to some little new term to sell bikes. What makes it different? Drop bars? John Tomac early 90’s. Everything that makes a gravel bike a gravel bike have been tried in the past. Bike sales slump, oh hey, new bike style, gravel. Was I grail riding back in the 80’s on my mob on dirt roads in the little belt mountains. No. I was mountain biking. It’s okay that you think it’s so,thing new. Every generation needs their thing. As long as it’s on a bike it is cool! Ride on.
Having raced both XC MTB and Gravel - No, they’re not the same 😅
@@takenomorimonsterback then you were probably just “flat-bar-gravel-biking” and just didn’t knew it … until now 😂
@@takenomorimonster arguably it's mountain biking that had changed, to be fair. Which today is dominated by downhill and technical stuff. And e-bikes and uplifts. Gravel might be the true heir of 90s mtb.
