Trouble with variable nd filters is that X pattern that comes out when moving to max stop, you can see it forming @3:25. Some KF nd’s are branded as no X but they still have it. Its best just to buy a nd filter with dedicated stop, sucks to carry around multiple but I’d say buy a 10, 6, and maybe 3.

Totally, really depends on whether thats gonna bother you a lot too. For me I’m fine with it cause the results are good enough and its cheap. I don’t really wanna be carrying around multiple filters. Thanks for watching!
