Looks like a really nice bike. But You have now brought out the adv 125, so the question is when are you folks going to be doing a ride out review on it? As I really don't know which scooter to go for.
i like the brake test the rider performed. i haven't ridden a bike for about 12 years but seeing this test ride makes me want to go out a buy this model bike. on my previous non abs bikes i have always adjusted the brakes by trail and error for front and rear so that you have maximum stopping power keeping full grip of the road without the wheels locking up on you. i suppose that is something abs does automatically on modem bikes considering much of my past bikes have been classics from the 70's 80s and 90s. I'm impressed by this bike seeing its only 125. although i could see this bike being tempting for the eyes of thieves.
It sure is a good looking bike which does attract attention, but you need to be smart with any bike you own and make sure you take every precaution in keeping it safe with security products. Let us know if you get a Nexus!
Been riding the Lexmoto Aura 125 for 3 years, think I'm sold on this upgrade and ready for the trade in, can't beat that price for the spec. The only things that could be improved imo is ABS as standard and the filmsy looking rear indicators housed in the rear fairings.
@@douglasjfalcon9110 Hi Douglas, when you picked up your new Nexus the dealer should have given you some new owner documents and explained that we have our own service intervals that might be different to what the factory specifies in their owners manual. After years of reliability improvements to our bikes we extended our service intervals, allowing you to ride longer without having to pay for another service. All of these should be available to see within your MyLexmoto account, found here > my.lexmoto.co.uk/login.php Hopefully that clears that up! Safe riding
Hi everyone I have just brought the lexmoto nexus 125cc new as shown in this video. It's a lovely bike but I find it to be very loud. This is my first bike and I have only just passed my CBT so I have no experience or insight. Can any tell me if this is normal or how to overcome this. Thank you
Throttle response is good! The bike wont be moving lightning quick from a quick twist as it is quite heavy, but you will get a smooth power progression through the revs once you keep it open
I own this bike quite happy with it so far done 1400 miles but For some reason when you try to find this modal bike on any insurance date base online you will find its not listed. When I bought the bike I had a lot of trouble trying to insure it as it's not listed. 5 months down the line I thought I'd check with different insurance companies and again not one insurance company has this model bike when you do a search. When I was trying to get a quote when I first bought the bike I contacted lexmoto to inform them of the problem that the bike was unknown to insurance company and they was no help. You would have thought they bring a new bike out to help sales that you get something like this sorted and inform insurance companies about the model bike....... Update i have now sold the bike didn't want the same problem have now AJS 125cc bike and cost me £140 for the year
@dukeyboy3016 i had the same thing bike came up as a titan. Your taking a risk though as technically your not insured as it a different modal on your policy
Hey, amazing to hear you're a Nexus rider! It doesn't have an alarm that makes a noise, but once you lock the bike with the fob it will be immobilised. If someone was to move the bike it will flash the indicator lights
Loving the new bike all the added features I must ask thow I'm a large tall chap at 6"4 I fit great on my honda forza 125 would you say it would fit great on the nexus
Despite the high weight for a 125 it seems to have quite good pick up to around 50 mph. The last few mph seemed to be a bit of a struggle but a 60 cruising speed for a 125 isn't bad. What is the estimated mpg?
The weight is very well distributed. It weighs 40 kg more than my old lexmoto chieftain but I can move it almost like it weighs half the amount. Honestly you don't even notice the weight on this bike.
This looks best in the market with lexmoto prices. I like the looks of it almost as if some has planted that French make style of bike on the front 😂, I would also like to trade in my aura for this if I could 😛 update:- If you get a Lexmoto check the dealerships do the service checklist as that will void your warranty. They never did this on a new aura and nexus which would also violate your consumer rights. They also let a non qualified lad who they said was an apprentice who was not fail the service and overfilled the engine oil on both bikes and broke them and will not take accountability of that. Sadly the bikes are solid and decent but Lexmoto will struggle to be an reputable brand with how the dealerships rip you off with service and rendering the warranty useless. Also check your consumer rights before you buy as they will most likely try and take advantage of you. Lexmoto were not much help as they only deal with sales enquiries on their high rates hotline, I wanted to double check the oil levels were filled pre delivery but they would not help. When you buy a bike having the technical support of the distributor and dealership is what I wanted if things go wrong. Things went wrong and no one helped me. Really sad as I loved my bikes when they were working. Lexmoto have a good product but their products support despite the warranty and dealerships network really let me down. 😢
nice bike loos to tick a lot of boxes .. seeing some decent lower prices at moment with a few hundred miles on clock .. probably ex demo .. id say more than wirth it for fun factor ..
What's your thoughts on our latest scooter?
It's fantastic, iv done 300 miles and it's been a dream so far.
@@douglasjfalcon9110 That's great. Enjoy!

I would have like to see the rear wheel match other maxi scooters with a 14 inch on the rear but looks gorgeous 😅
Can I request a quick nighttime drive to see the dash illumination and also the headlight reach on each Rideout. Cheers!

How do you insure this bike it doesn’t show on insurance data help.
Looks like a pretty good bike. More than a passing resemblance to the BMW C400X, which isn't a bad thing.
Thank you!
I own the lexmoto aura and considering updating to the Nexus. Just wondering if you do a full luggage version.
Looking forward to this bike on Tuesday can’t wait! Looks a belter! Im 6ft 1 though will it be ok?
Can you do a ride out video on the Lexmoto Diablo 125 2013?

has the bike broken on you? people say lexmoto is bad but i like lexmoto
@@officialrbzikr. I love the look of the Aura and this but reliability is a must. If it ain't this, I'm buying a SYM
Looks good!! What are the service intervals and is the screen adjustable
Hi Charlie! The service intervals are: 500, 3000, 6000, 9000, 15000 miles
@@lexmotomotorcycles pretty sure it's 2000 on the second service? That's what my booklet says.
@@douglasjfalcon9110 Hey Douglas, we're going take a look into this. It should say 3000 miles or 6 months

'm a little confused exactly what color Wottan V storm
Is, everything is the same except for the color and name
How is the throttle response ? I know some scooters have a delay Id buy this either way tbh

@dukeyboy3016 I ended up selling it didn't want the hassle when it came to renew or the extra insurance company was ripping me off because of it
Trying to insure it is a fucking nightmare! Weirdly enough my Apollo was the same 😅
@dukeyboy3016 i had the same thing bike came up as a titan. Your taking a risk though as technically your not insured as it a different modal on your policy
I suspect the problem lies with Lexmoto not being the actual manufacturer they are only an importer.
I have one of these but not heard alarm can you confirm wether it has one or not cheers

Hi Phillip! As Mark mentioned in the video, the Nexus is on the larger size for a scooter, so you should fit on just fine.
The wind shield might be too low for you, I'm 6 2" and it seems to direct everything right into my face. Unfortunately it isn't adjustable either.

review the ap1 125 plzzz
How many miles/hours would you think you be able to ride before needing gas
I get about 100 miles or 120 on a full tank
Personal Question, how much do you weigh?
If battery dies how fo you get into the boot compartment i already know its a bloody nightmare dont let ur battery die
Is this better then honda forza?
