When she said she was quite strong I was like "hell yeah" cannot stand timid massages or physiotherapy sessions etc, the relief from a strong massage lasts for days vs the hours a gentle one does. Also what did the tapping feel like on the skull? Reckon it'd help with anything? Edit : rubbing a tennis ball along the hamstrings and glutes helps alot, used to do it when I'd pull them but kept it up after also she mentioned your hips if you're ever at a physio ask if they can do your hip flexors doesn't feel amazing during but my god the difference for week+.
Does anyone know what the extra tap done away from the body is done for (the ones done after completing a row of tapping on the body)? Is it for acoustics/aesthetics, symbolic, or is it more of a reiki/pranic/aura purpose? I've never seen it explained in any Tok Sen video before, so I'm curious!
This was perfect after a day of feeling severely understimulated 🤍 the tapping sounds were so nice and kept my brain busy in the best way possible x thank you to the two of you ✨

Why are so many people who post these massage videos using this hammering technique? They obviously don’t know what they’re doing and I think they are simply trying to impress their customers and viewers. This is a modified method of breaking up adhesions and scar tissue, something this video fails to demonstrate.
Well I’m pretty sure that’s an ancient form of Thai massage called Tok Sen. From what I’ve read it’s more about the vibrations relaxing the muscle. And since the practice is thousands of years old it must do something…
This must have been heavenly, obviously intense but so good for your muscles and the massage therapist seems so warm and kind! great video

You must be the most relaxed person ever 🫠
Tok Sen is among the best triggers on the channel for me, along with Victoria, Re:lax and Star and the TCM content
I don't know why, but the odd socks made me chuckle.
She’s got another pair like that 😂
Life's too short to hunt for matching socks tbh
The only time I or my son have matching socks is when they are fresh out the packet 😂 who’s got time for sock sorting 😂
@@majesstic8247this is why I just buy black socks lol

My guess is more of a reiki based purpose to maybe reset the Chi before the next sequence
Id guess an energy dispelling technique in reiki or energy work
Can u make a compilation of all the star appointments next please
Good idea!!!🥰
I thought it was a new episode with her.these are my favorite for sure
Man I love the crinkles in this one

Oh I love Tok Sen 🥰
Wonder if her pal, the stylist, insisted on the odd socks.
😂😂😂
Wonder how she felt the next couple days after this.
👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏😘😘😘😘😘💐💐💐💐💐
I have never had this type of treatment. It frickin looks painful and uncomfortable. No thank you.

Literally making this up… doing whatever & then asking if it’s too strong as an insurance if she injures anyone
I love your channel, but I don’t get why you go into some of the sessions with jeans/socks etc on. It ruins it 😢
I don’t think it ruins it at all. If she’s comfortable then that translates to the viewer. I’m really glad I found this channel!
