Great review. Finally someone who talks about the genesis series with a passion. Everyone is stuck up on german luxury that the genesis is flying under the radar. Good job for being unbiased or not trashing the name.

These cars remind me of a no name smartphone which is packed with all the features of say an iPhone or samsung for the 3rd of the price. Very fine quality cars excellent review.
I've had the G80 now for six months and I love it it's a beautiful car good ride and far as when and all that no problems I would recommend it take it out for a test drive for yourself
You are better at this and more of a natural than most youtube reviewers, you need to do car reviews on youtube which would eventually pay you a lot more than any position within the dealership. The successful youtube car reviewers are making well into the 6 figures. And they don't have to answer to anyone!
I saw the G90 on the highway the other day, from the rear, it resembles the Bentley Mulsanne

I hope the full range (g70, 80, 90) of Genesis comes to Australia. At the moment we just get the Hyundai Genesis (g80) with the 3.8 v6
But I think the new turbos are coming this way.

I do love your reviews, but you more often than not sound like a typical car salesman. You need to emphasize more on car negatives and driving dynamics. it's like you are always careful not to offend the manufacturers. Common buddy, be bold and call a spade a spade and your channel will take off big time.
Does it have radar anti collision like in Volvo and Merc S class?

This isnt a review... you're not talking much about the specs at all. Just stating you opinion on whats better the genesis or the mercedes and other German luxury cars

I will say the g80 looks like a Chrysler, infinity BMW baby but that's not bad. the 2018 g80 sport is probably my dream car one day! for now my2014 sonata SE is fantastic. congrats to all you g80/90 owner's
The g80 looks exactly like the Infiniti m45 and q70 which have both been around longer
Travis Dezellem How? Not even close. And more, recent q70 imitates a 2009 sonata idiot.
Hendrix Lee how exactly does it look like a sonata but the dashboard of a 2012 sonata looks the one from an Infiniti g35 which was around longer than the sonata and the backs of the g80 and the q70/m45 look the same except for the hump in the line in the Infiniti there are actually comparison pictures because of how much they look alike
So the Genesis' navigation system is easier to use than the acclaimed BMW iDrive version? The review is full of feelings yet little facts and actual comparison.
I just don't like the profile view of the cars. From the front and rear they look good. Just looks plain from the side.
If you covered the logo on this car NO ONE would like it's a BMW.

Bro....a Mercedes is a mercedes...I wouldn't pick a G80 over an E-CLASS or an A6 or A7....but I'll pick this over a BMW......I also think the G80 looks better than the 90....the G90 looks slightly awkward....
The older (Pre 2015) Genesis and Equus were better looking cars. Seems like Hyundai is trying to cut corners when it comes to quality.

I mean the Genesis looks dull imo it needs a more unique look if it wants to compete with the Germans, the Genesis brand need to distance itself from Hyundai and the exterior looks isn't helping it.

the back seat suks in the g80 everything looks like shit
there both pieces of shit hyandai makes. had a g80 (2016 Genesis 5.0) and traded it within 9 months several problems fit and finish is horrible after a few months worst car ever.

Consider an Audi if you already have a Bmw.
Thing is, (this is with all cars) if one person has a problem with 1 brand, then they hate the brand and say it's trash even if everyone disagrees.
I'd suggest doing some research on forums on what kind of experience to expect from the car you will buy next.
Your bmw will have a much better driving experience, I can tell you that.

I had alot of wind noise from the doors. the dash and other things started making noises inside and they took it apart and some went away but never completely the sunroof kept having to be "adjusted" but never worked right issues with the touch screen switching to other screens when nobody touched it just little things here and there things that I feel shouldn't have been happening.

has nothing to do with driving the fit and finish was garbage after a few months and it was at Hyundai service more than in my garage. Hyundai manager even gave me great deals to trade it in for another since I was having so many issues but I declined and went back to my previous brand of car and bought one and been more than satisfied and shouldn't have tried something new

I own hyundai 2014 fully loaded with price 34k $, it's piece of cake 🎂 there is many issues like transmission stereo system suspension oh don't forget the steering shameful especially in highway.
Koreataeguk 태극전사 I know but maybe the genesis is good but Hyundai still has that quality thing lingering with them and Kia has managed to shake it off quicker and I think of Kia launched a luxury brand it would still do better because they have made the normal cars like the optima luxurious
If you want to buy compact car you can test Mazda3 or Subaru Impreza they are both excellent especially in steering beaware from electronic steering. And buy a car with rick and painon steering. Mazda3 come with mluti-link suspension which is comfortable and Subaru come with wishbone. I have elantra 2015 and test new hyundai elantra the diffrence only in steering dirctive and dont forget it's still electric
