The reason the full-court shot went in is because of the golden ball power-up that their team had - it makes a shot/dunk with it guaranteed to go in no matter where it's from (You can see that the ball is glowing gold and on fire). There's a bunch of random power-ups in this game that trigger throughout each match and scoring points boosts the power-up meter - these can be seen in the bottom right and left corners of the screen respectively for each team. Some of them include: Team Speed boost, Golden Ball, Double point spots on the court and freezing your basket (This one makes it harder for the opposition to score). Also, there are dunk combos where if you go for a dunk then pass it out to your teammate to dunk and then they dunk it, the dunk is worth more (Hence why you see the CPU sometimes get like 5 points for a dunk).
