Sir kindly guid them to search how world is working to produce solar panels Plz import some machinery of high quality And thats how there work will speedup and production rate will increase I know that will be too much expensive but through what they have done if they use their profit only of 1 year they will be able to import machinery . Bcz they sell one proper solar sett for a simple house they earn more than 20 lac and they sell hundred of these kind of order per month as you know the solar demand is increasing ❤

for your kind information..Pakistan first solar panel plant was established in Islamabad with a name National Silicon Technology..and there they manufacture solar cells dating back 1984.. and all the solar cells were exported to west..but now i dont know its working or not..poor country
No safety gear, no uniforms, slow and casual workers. I can only imagine how good the quality control is. I don't see this factory going anywhere very fast.
Increase the production just by using increasing workers. Because unemploymenty is on peak in Pakistan now. Robotic machinery can be costly. So Pakistan is full of worker. But you will have to train them first..
This is no way this is manufacturing but instead it is an assembly. I thought you guys are manufacturing cells. There is no future plan for this. Seem like everyone want to avoid the hard thing and just go to the simple things.
