    how can i find the effects of wind on a pedestrian bridge? i need to find the periods and apply loads to structure to prevent resonating

      You can couple FEM and CFD simulation to find out. On SimScale you can perform a CFD analysis and use the resulting pressures for a FEM analysis for instance.

    HOW much of a domain do you reckon we need for a wind study. if I have a100 m tall building, can the domain be XYZ 100m,100m,150m ?
    i see often large domains being used, where the building is tiny in its domain. Any rules of thumb? thanks

    When i try to run analyses, i get mistake mesh is assigned to different surfaces, however needs to be assigned to one surface
    I do not know how to Sølve it

    DO YOU USE TOTAL PRESSURE OR STATİC PRESSE FOR PRESSURE THAT SURFACE OF BULDİNG

      SimScale GmbH, I don’t believe you can obtain accurate peak loads using CFD to be honest, but am happy to be corrected.

      You can do that by using either the incompressible solver module on SimScale or (if you have a professional license) use the LBM solver using the Lattice-Boltzmann approach.

    Just make void hole every 40 level . Sattle solution . Simple and cheaper solution
