    Thanks for the video; you have checked only for the vertical load. Are the old bridge brick parapet walls with stiffened piers, were designed for only vertical loads? How about any lateral loading such as wind or pedestrian load or combined both wind/pedestrian?

    Interesting video. Do you still you the older BS codes much? It'd be good to see the same video done to BS EN 1996.
