So sorry I missed your last comment! One that is creamy is best. I find that if they use guar gum they seem to be a better consistency. I’m in Australia so my go to brands are either Macro organics (Woolworths brand) or Ayam. Hope that helps!
Sorry, Jessica, I'm only seeing this now. You would also need to add a sweetener. I haven't tried it myself so it would be hard to give you an accurate measurement. You'll essentially need to be making your own chocolate from scratch. You could give this recipe a try and see how you go - www.theroastedroot.net/how-to-make-chocolate-bars/ You may need to add more sweetener to balance it out - put sugar instead of maple syrup. Hope this helps!
They'll keep in the fridge for up to one week. They freeze really well too. Really depends on the room temperature. If it's pretty warm, I wouldn't keep them out too long. But otherwise, they're fine at room temperature as well 😊
I never thought I could do it but you've made it look so easy! Thank you so much for sharing this video. I'm off to the shops... 🙂

Good morning you guys!!!! I am so excited to try this! My family doesn’t believe that vegan desserts can be good!
Hi Magnolia 😊 well, you’ll show them that they can with these truffles! 😂 I hope you and your family enjoy them.
@@HeartfulTable thank you!
Thanks for this recipe! 😍 What coconut milk do you use? Can I use almond milk instead of coconut milk?
No unfortunately you can’t substitute it as you need the coconut milk to help set the truffles.
Thank you for the response! What coconut milk do you use? Do you have brand recommendations that work well for chocolate truffles?

Also! If I’m gifting these to friends and family, how long do you think they will keep for? In and out of the fridge
