I average around like 12k steps a day, and bumping that up to 35 sometimes takes a toll, the next day is painful, Kudos to you that you could do that 7 days straight

I love how your taking on fitness content. You've always been like the average person we all are but have that difference we all love when it comes to watching you on TH-cam. Hey, Jack! The professional strength training coach here again! What a lot of people don’t realize is just how much difference that you can visually see in your body in a short amount of time. What you did is what I have people do: DOCUMENT. Otherwise those small changes in time that someone might not normally see will go unnoticed. But when you have a side-by-side, it helps a lot! Along with this you have to take into account things like how much water is your body holding onto, is your activity different, what’s diet looking like, etc etc. All of that can also affect your physical appearance even within a week. It’s the same reason bodybuilders have “Peak Week” for a show in which their regimen will change that week going onto stage.

When your toe turned black on day 9, that also happened to me when I was walking a large amount. That stayed for like 6 months I literally had to cut half my nail off and wash it for it to go back to normal, the nail isn't even fully grown back and now I have an ingrown toenail.
I've been a viewer for a few years now (around 2018), and it's great to have this chill vibe back to your channel - it's kind of hard to describe but it feels less intense/fast paced? Yet not slow? I love it! I feel more included in the journey and stuff. I'd love to see a day in the life video, or the process of running so many channels, such as the business aspect of it. Love this new style

Just a little advice, Jack! Never exhaust your body too much, by walking too many at once, Take breaks when required as I also got exhaustion In February and It was the worst experience ever!

The average size of a step is 2.1-2.5 feet, let’s say 2.3 feet. 35,700 steps a day at 2.3 feet each step would be 82,110 feet which is 15.551 miles or 25.027 kilometres a day. In total 250,000 steps would be around 575,000 feet which is 108.902 miles or 175.26 kilometres walked in a single week. That’s around the same distance between London and Leicester. Edit: Seeing the stats at the end Jack clearly has larger steps than average (about 2.7 feet per step), that’s about the distance between London and Birmingham (in terms of the roads used to travel there not in a straight line).

Hey jack im really enjoying these body challenges. One small suggestion i think many people will benefit from me included is more enthesis on what your eating. Show more meals what portions and what that will do to help your body. I think we can all admit we could be a bit more healthy and your inspiring me. However it's useless when you have no idea of what to eat.
