The musicianship is perfect… the vocalist hasn’t found his voice… it might help if he had more reverb to find it. If he whispered, found a bit of gravel, it might help.

For my taste they are overrated and a cheap copy of the copied copy like most of the so called 'Stoner Bands' out there....booooooring. Get creative, try something different or put your instruments aside!
