Its a DVT, its not a locomotive. the locomotive is found at the other end of the train a Class 91, it is basically a push pull system which allows the driver to drive from the DVT. These trains are also know as MK4s

Eurostar e300 that location was Wakefield Westgate. You can get there by getting a service from London Kings X-Leeds. Or get the stopping service from Leeds-Doncaster. Hope it helps!

The horn sound from that DVT at 3:48 reminds me of the DL class of diesel locomotives we've got in New Zealand.
Even an Australian knows it's a dvt, some Brits call it the class 82. It doesn't even have a classification as it isn't a loco. Well done mate 👌
