Part 1 of July Week at The Land - Beaver Updates, Next Steps on The Road Build and Tractor Repairs

In this video I discover that a beaver has taken over The Great Valley, were my daughter wants to build her bunkie. I tour the current road to investigate and plan for water management, and take a tour of the next phase of the road build.
I also do some minor adjustments on the Kubota L2501 and show how the Thermicell mosquito repellant actually works.
This is part one of a week up at the land as I struggle through the DIY road build for the eventual DOY cottage build in the remote Central Canada region.

Ya, we have a few options to consider for Kalia's spot. I want to let the beaver do his thing for a bit too, then we'll have a better idea what we are dealing with.
