You helped me admit I suck now and understand the importance of long term planning. Have the right expectations, you will suck in the first 3 months or a year obviously Most people can't continue but give up halfway through

テレビ欄なんか見てたらだめですよ？(自分はトリビアの泉、ハネトビ、水10、世界まる見えとか見てました。あとNHKシリーズ)
政府、会社に頼った仕事探しは潰されます。将来があるのはテクノロジーとある特定の西洋国だけです。(中国インドは例外)
周りに流されかけたけど、このことにみんなより先に気づけてよかった。

日本で仕事経験ゼロですが、終身雇用なんてずっと昔からあってなかったようなもんでしょうね。結局クビになったり自分で辞めたり、中途採用とかもあるし。派遣とかが話題になってきたのが10年前くらいの話で、それは終身雇用の終わりとは別の問題ですよね。「新卒1000万欲しい」の意見も納得。それなりの責任があれば1000万でもいい。新卒でも部長の仕事できればそれでいいと思います。会社側も社員をきちんと評価して、その1000万の新卒が仕事できてなければ降格するかクビでいい。そういうこともできてない経営者たちも問題。
日本がガラパゴス状態であることは、今のところはなんとか内需で成立しちゃっている弊害でしょうか？sashiさんの指摘はすごく同意できるんですが、就職嫌なら起業すればいいんじゃないのとも思ってしまいます。給与面や休暇日数などの労働環境だけではヨーロッパの企業文化の魅力がいまひとつピンときません。またぜひ教えてください！
