Those things happen, specially if you're doing a >double< degree! Man, I almost couldn't finish my >single< chemistry degree [took me 7.5y instead of the regular 5y], I can't think how I'd handle doing a double degree with something else. You're doing great, don't worry too much and don't be too harsh on yourself. 1 year from now you won't even remember it happened. Happy XMAS and wish you a great 2025!
