    I'm building my own system, A-Z and this was one of my favourite videos on doing this sort of thing.
    It also helped me realise that an operational agreement is actually enough in most cases. Loved being introduced to Tally and I like how you broke everything down.
    Big thank you :)

      @@chloeforbesk Best way to go about anything, I think. Just build it yourself, make it as good as possible, you will learn a ton in the process :)

    hello !! Thank you so much for your videos, its so helpful ! Which template should I take to have all in one ??

    • @chloeforbesk
      @chloeforbesk  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Alexandra :) They’re all set up by departments so it would depend what your needs are. The free starter kit lets you build an all in one. The client management one is the closest to an all in one. I do have a system-wide template coming out in the next couple of months.

    When the client signs the tally embed, what ties their signature to the contract? In the proposals database theres a check that they accepted the proposal but no reference back to that proposal? What if you have a problem client and need to show them what they signed how do you access it?

    • @chloeforbesk
      @chloeforbesk  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I've never had that issue but if that's of concern then I'd likely recommend either building the whole form in Tally so the whole thing is saved and embedded or using an alternative tool such as Paperform. I hope that helps.

    I love this! Is there any way to link tally to the chosen proposal? Because in this case you just sign the client but not for the actual project.

    • @chloeforbesk

      Thank you :) I'm not sure I fully understand. Do you mean how do I create unique proposals for each client with the tally form embedded? If so, I use this brand proposal as a template (stored in my sales CRM) so I can customize it for each client. I then send the client their specific proposal with the tally embed form. I'm asking for their name, signatures etc. so I know they've approved the project. Let me know if this doesn't answer your question? I'd love to help clear up any confusion.

      @@chloeforbesk Thank you, I meant the overview you're showing at 11:08. It is only showing the client and not the project the client has signed. Or do they only need to sign once for all future projects?

    I just finished setting up a template for my notion proposal yesterday, but I’m not sure how to automate it into my client CRM I created, for example if they accept the proposal could I make it go to the next step ? Not sure if that makes sense haha

    • @chloeforbesk
      @chloeforbesk  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Perfect sense :) When I close the client, I usually click the 6 dots and ‘move to’ their client portal. You could also move it to your project section if that fits better with your set up. Does that make sense?

      Hi Ahmed, do you have access to the Vlogmas page I share in my welcome email?
      I've just double-checked the permissions and you should be able to access all of them.
      Sorry to ask. Can you check again and if you don't have access, reply to my welcome email? That way I can send you the direct link while I trouble-shoot the issue.
