i think the eclipse build is better in jun, you actually will use way more the ad to farm the camps and when you gank that little burst on the auto is good, top i will always take the liadry and then all tank items

Normally heimer turrets need to charge their laser shot. But hitting the center of grenade or I think at least 3 rockets will fully reset the laser cd

Heimer turrents activate when he is in range and shoots minions and champs automatically. He can have up to 3 turrets, and one of them gets empowered when he Rs and casts it. He is a nightmare for melee champs, to be honest. You have to play when his R is on CD or be able to tank/burst him down.
