As always, Andy showing us how to do it properly 👍👍 was that a old favourite gun ? Emily did a great job of conversation and filming Really enjoyed this episode, the chat and banter was brilliant 👍👍👍👍👍
Is there a particular reason Andy shoots top barrel first. I've heard all my life bottom first. But he shoots top even on clays. Was just wondering why. Thanks
Hi Paul, Andy says he does use the long arms a lot but found the pigeons were veering off from them a bit last time he shot, so he decided to try the short ones on this occasion. (and we never counted the shots! It was getting a bit late by the time we packed up)
Hi John, Andy says he keeps them laid out in the shade throughout the day, then takes them straight back and puts them in the chiller and they keep fine :)
Sorry you've not enjoyed this one... we had a slight issue in that some dust got into the sensor as we were putting the camera together in the field... tricky with the sort of filming we do! It's currently off being professionally cleaned! Tune in next month and we promise a crystal clear image!

Just a quick question, how do you keep them pigeons fresh, for the pot, good shooting

I can't tell what a pigeon and what specks on the lens.
