I have been wrestling with the VA, You Tube, and a local medical supplier for help to set up my new Dream Station II. Finally, with this heads up, I have found something simple, understandable and in terms fit for an old fart. (Which is necessary for me). Why this isn’t made more accessible is a mystery. If I had been referred to this video sooner, I could have saved time hauling the machine around only to encounter the dead ends I ran into. Typical VA runaround! In any event, I strongly endorse the video and recommend it to anyone as inept as I with this kind of stuff. Thanks again, George Craig.
I keep getting Emails saying "An update on the Philips Respironics remediation process" and heard nothing about when we get the replacement for the recalled unit's.. Then I, last month got an email saying "Action needed regarding your DreamStation replacement device" I had to verify my information and what CPAP I was using, then They wanted My Dr's name & phone number so they ?? something needing a prescription so to authorize it then ship it to me.. Well I have not heard anything else so far.. Has anyone relieved their replacements??? Loved the video, thank you for sharing...

My on/off button has a blinking light what is the problem it never did that until recently please help thank you
I don’t like this machine at all. It uses the water to quickly. The plastic is dark, I can hardly see where the water stops when you fill it😝
