Bohemia is a great place to visit at Silver Beach. The owners (Pavel and Eva) are really nice people, and they have a great selection of Czech beers and have the best pizza in town!
Nice video of Huizhou. I visited Huizhou last November, 3 nights, one at Luofu Mountain, one night at the Kande Hotel near West Lake and one night at the Sheraton Hotel in the beach area of Daya Bay. Not enough time to see everything but we tried. My friend lives in Huizhou and I traveled from Humen. Good times. Thanks for sharing!

It was a few years ago, but i believe it's in the area of Pinghaizhen if i recall. There's an industrial port (very large) near there, the coast road deadends at the entrance to the campground where you pay the small fee and continue west down the coast.

I looked up Huizhou on the map and found it to be a city by the river. But I can't see a large body of water (shown on your video) anywhere near by.
it's a big city. there's a river, the west lake the quarries, and then down on the southern tip is borders the ocean.

there were orchestras (and good ones) in all the major tier 1 cities.
