I'm struggling to find how I can actually have access to the EyeSi surgical simulators as all the hospitals in my region and regions surrounding all don't allow for those without prior training to use them due to how expensive the machines are. How did you manage to achieve those hours? Would love to email you to ask further questions :)

Please answer me this I booked train the trainer course in royal College of Surgeons and costed me quite some ,so i want to pass that course Please how hard is it and how much preparation is enough for someone fy1 /fy2. Level Is it complicated? I would appreciate it to know your feedback

Yes they generally do issue certificates of attendance! You could try finding some ophthal talks on the royal society of medicine site?
