This modern house design idea is suitable for small families.
As Africans, I think we should be taking into consideration adding the african kitchen too. Not only modern kitchen. Both should be added
It is already the case in a lot of houses. But at the end of the day to each their house if you want the african kitchen nothing stop you from adding it

What is M unit
Nowhere is there any laundry facility. There is no real entry, only walking directly into the living room. The kitchen is more a kitchenette. Barely space for a proper cooker and refrigerator. No proper bath or shower between 2 water closets. All in all, a very poor design.

tp jk pd lhn sempit, fi kmplek perumahan, yg knn & kiri nya adh ada dinding rmh tetangga, mk posisi jendela hrs berada pd dinding dlm,
jk denah nya ttap spt itu, mk kmr utama agak sulit ada jendela nya.
