The legends and senior players dont underestimate the young players.. Its not that unusual for youngsters to take wickets of legends.. Its more than common..No matter how good they are, they will also have bad days or poor performances.. Be it sachin, rohit, dhoni ,kohli or any other players.... And at the same time anyone can have a good day.. Its just about spirit of the game and getting back stronger in next match..

I still remember this IPL. CSK haters used to make fun of CSK having squad of old players. But those same old players beat the $hit out of other teams and won the IPL. 😂 Other teams like RCB, MI, KKR always had great players throughout every IPL. But CSK won the title multiple times despite having players that people thought were average or mediocre. 😂 MSD got the best out of whatever he had & he was the reason behind the progress of many young players.
Didn't GT in his first and second season also have been treated that they had medicore player and yet they won the first season and currently only team to qualify and most probably can win this year too

Now csk have always have been some good player and experience one like Ali, faf, convey , jadeja, raydu, bravo, Sam Curran, santer, gaikwad and dhoni (although last 4-5 years dhoni didn't played that good but he is good player and world best wicketkeeper)

You should just watch the 4 hours of the opening CSK vs MI game. Insane drama! Last man comes in injured with no other options, and delivers.

The home ground crowd in India (like Wankhede for MI, Chepauk stadium for CSK, or Chinnaswamy stadium for RCB) are colloquially known as the 12th man, they can both raise and lower the morale of players, and make umpiring nightmare because of the amount of noise they make.
I think you should definitely watch a full season of IPL, the one that's happening now is in it's final stages, but the excitement and tension that builds up and is released over the whole tournament is a thing of itself, specially if you are dedicated supporter of a team. Like it is definitely sad to see Virat Kohli score 4 centuries but even then not winning the cup, and is amazing to see MI lose 6 consecutive games and win the tournament.
