@@guragiovanna9707 on the discord changelog it says true damage, and lists what it bypasses, like Stand level, Req, Ulf, Mr.p sub, etc. Dunno about bosses but this thing may be godly at PvP if nothing stops the Stored Damage

There is good fusion that can melt dio pretty fast and its: saintly ball train (ball breaker sub and crazy train base) with stats 900 end 100 power and 1000 special (plus you can also add spin if you want it for PvE or hamon if you want it for PvP) Edit: Either its useless against DIO now, or i fought serious DIO with it
Now this is kinda a complete showcase.... it has it all... and the vid quality is good it has pvp/1v1/ a showcase/ a blessing / info / good quality ... its just good and its kinda long and not boring
The is also a good trolling stand you make them slippy and blind them and barrage them with f e but I don’t have anointed so I can’t do that much damage
I think ultimate spinning diver moon requiem is better it has less range but higher mobility and can kill with just R move and full barrage without ulf deals almost 1 million damage
This was an OLD meta... before blessings were introduced to fusions..... this was OP back the but due to the nerf... he fusio got trashed... but still Kiss and Wet is extremely OP.... due to how perfext the kit is to it

I just noticed something in that last 1v1 :/ mate you did NOT even use shift lock switch that would've helped you land almost all your berrage hits you should really consider using it if you can

why are u not using your shiftlock dor for pvp..... its kinda helpful when ur aiming.... just press shiftlock again if most of ur moves is aim lock

Try out Cream Chariot (Requiem Form for most damage) its a really good stand and OP AF
